Task Lifecycle & Granular Execution

Professional protocols for the creation, prioritization, and verification of project work units.

The Granular Task Lifecycle

Tasks are the fundamental units of work in our ecosystem. To maintain absolute clarity, every task follows a rigorous lifecycle:

• **To Do (Pending):** A work unit that has been scoped and scheduled. It sits in the employee's queue awaiting initialization. • **In Progress:** The task is currently the primary focus of an execution resource. 'Pulse Tracking' is mandatory during this phase to ensure data accuracy. • **Review:** The work is technically complete. The task is moved here to alert a senior team member or client that validation is required. • **Completed:** The work has been verified against the project specifications. This task now contributes to the project's global progress percentage.

Priority Matrix & Resource Focus

Not all work units are equal. Administrators assign a **Priority Level** (High, Medium, Low) to every task.

• **High Priority:** Critical path tasks that require immediate attention. These are visually highlighted with rose-tinted alerts. • **Medium Priority:** Standard operational tasks with defined deadlines. • **Low Priority:** Non-critical tasks that can be handled during 'Internal Value' periods.

Employees are expected to clear their High-Priority queue before moving to standard tasks, ensuring that the project's most critical requirements are always met first.

Leveraging Task Details & Context

Each task is more than a title. By utilizing the 'Eye' icon, users can open the **Task Detail Modal**. This view contains the technical requirements, specific architectural notes, and a historical record of who worked on the task and when. For clients, this provides a Window into the specific execution details of their project, while for employees, it provides the necessary technical context to perform their work without ambiguity.
