Platform Governance & Configuration
Global protocols for system communication, brand identity, and institutional security settings.
Institutional SMTP Protocol Configuration
Professional communication is governed by the global SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) settings. Administrators must configure the agency's official mailing server (Host, Port, User, and Security layer). This is a critical step; without verified SMTP settings, the OS cannot send invoice alerts, payment receipts, or onboarding credentials. We recommend using enterprise providers (e.g., AWS SES, SendGrid) and utilizing the 'Test Connection' feature to ensure your institutional mailing infrastructure is 100% reliable before go-live.
Brand Identity & Visual Asset Management
WebNexaLabs OS is designed to be an extension of your agency's brand. In the Settings module, you can define the official 'Institution Name' and upload your Primary Visual Assets (Logos).
• **Logo Management:** The platform supports multiple logo orientations (e.g., Logo 6 protocol). These assets are dynamically injected into the login screens, dashboard sidebars, and most importantly, the top of every generated PDF Invoice. This ensures that every touchpoint a client has with the OS feels premium and aligned with your organizational identity.
Managing Security & Global State
Settings also house the global security toggles. Administrators can monitor the health of the database connection, verify the storage bucket status, and oversee user session timeouts. These parameters ensure that the platform remains high-performing and secure, even as the scale of your project portfolio grows. Regularly reviewing these settings is part of maintaining a stable, enterprise-grade operational environment.
Pro Tip
Use high-resolution transparent PNGs for logos to ensure professional rendering on both Light and Dark mode interfaces.
Pro Tip
SMTP 'Security' should always be set to TLS (Port 587) for modern web compliance.
